These terms apply to the use of https://securasolutions.com.au, operated by Secura International Pty Ltd trading as Secura Protective Solutions (“Secura”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Nothing here removes the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Information on this site
- The information here is general. It describes the services we offer and how they usually work; it is not a quote, a response-time promise or advice about a particular site.
- What we will do for your site, and what it costs, is set out in the written quote and the agreement you sign. Where this website and an agreement differ, the agreement applies.
- We keep the site accurate but may change its content at any time.
2. Enquiries
- The enquiry form is for genuine requests about our services. Please do not submit false information or use it to send us anything unrelated.
- Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, book a patrol or start monitoring. Nothing is monitored until a monitoring agreement is in place and the system has been commissioned.
- If an alarm is going off or you need a patrol now, ring the control room on 03 9848 7999 rather than using the form.
3. Services
Alarm monitoring, alarm response, patrols and installations are provided under their own written agreements, which set out the service, the response plan, the fees, the term and the notice period. We are licensed under the Private Security Act 2004 (Vic); our business licence number is in the footer of every page.
4. Content and trade marks
- The text, design, photographs and logo on this site belong to Secura or are used with permission and may not be reproduced without our consent.
- Client names and reference letters appear with the clients’ permission and may not be used to imply any endorsement of anyone else.
- Guardian Security Group and other names mentioned are the trade marks of their owners.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, scrape it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may block access from any source that does.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site or from the site being unavailable. Our liability for the services we provide is set out in the relevant agreement.
7. Privacy
How we handle your information, including keyholder details and alarm event records, is set out in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. We may update them; the version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
